SHOOT REGULATION AND NOTES

  • A.T.A. Rules will govern this shoot.
  • Contestants may win only one award per event.
  • Payoff sheets will be mailed with checks.
  • All classifying will be done by he Handicap Committee.
  • Shooters with less than 500 targets in each discipline will be placed in Class ‘B’ for 16yds and Doubles and at the 20 yard line (adult males) for Handicap.
  • A.T.A. and W.T.A. fees will be added to a shooter’s entry fee daily on the first event they shoot.
  • Shoot-off winners will be determined by rounds of 25 targets in the 16 yard and Handicap events and by 10 pairs in Doubles.  H.O.A. by 10 targets of each discipline.
  • Shoot-offs for Saturday’s 16 yard and doubles events will be carried over to Sunday. Sub-event scores will determine winners.
  • No entry will be accepted until shooter has entry card completed with Class and Yardage.
  • No entry may be changed after the events start.
  • Class ties and winners on Saturday will be moved up one class for Sunday’s events.
  • Junior Class Shooters may shoot the entire program for $12 per 100 targets.
  • Practice trap will be available at $3.00 per round of 25.
  • Lunch, shells, and camping space will be available on the grounds.
  • The Shooing Committee reserved the right to resquad shooters as necessary to maintain the harmony of the shoot.
  • Shoot management reserves the right to alter, postpone, or extend any part of this program due to inclement weather or other conditions.
  • Shoot management may reject any entrant who may be interfering with the harmony of the shoot.
  • DOUBLES WILL BE SHOT FIRST ON SUNDAY.

BONUS PRIZES

$100 bills will be awarded to three shooters who compete in all of the  A.T.A. shoots at the Eau Claire Rod & Gun Club this year.

CHAMPION
Combined total of 16 yard and handicap – 1600 targets 

CHAMPION
Total handicap – 800 targets

CHAMPION
Total of 16 yard, handicap and doubles – 2400 targets


WILD CARD EVENT

Following Saturday’s handicap, a number will be drawn at random to determine participants in the ‘Wild Card Event’.

Shooters having a score ending with the number drawn, plus the number on either side of the one drawn, will participate in the ‘Wild Card Shoot-off’.

The winners will be determined by sub-event scores in Sunday’s handicap. All participants will shoot from Sunday’s assigned yardage. If you get punched on Saturday, you will e required to shoot from your new yardage.

$100 to Winner - $50 to Runner-up


SPECIAL EVENT

Following the completion of Saturday’s shooting, a SPECIAL EVENT, featuring HAPPY HOUR and free hors d’oeuvres, will take place in the clubhouse. 

Join us for food, fun and relaxation after a “hard day on the range”.
